EISA Bulgaria was established in 1992 acting as ship agent in Bourgas and Varna ports with its head office located in Varna.
In 1998 services were expanded and the company launched liner business by acting as representative for numerous shipping lines.
All offices, including the sales office in Sofia, are manned by highly motivated professionals who are always ready to meet our customers’ needs.
The year 2015 is a milestone for EISA Bulgaria, since it was nominated to act as the representative of one of the world’s leading container carriers "Hapag - Lloyd AG"

Liner Agency
EISA Bulgaria got its nomination to act as a Liner Agent back in 1998. Currently, the company offers its liner services to its clientele and acts as the local agent of Hapag-Lloyd, and Hamburg Süd. In 2019, our principal, Hapag-Lloyd praised EISA Bulgaria as the best agency in MED area for our success in promoting their web platform and digitalized services to our customers.
Shipping agency
EISA’s ship agency team offers a full scope of required services to dry and wet trades as well as ships’ repairs and husbandry attendance. Apart from bulk and liquid cargo vessels, our team operates liner vessels, yachts and passenger ships. Our main task is to provide fast and efficient service with a prompt communication on 24/7 with ship owners, charterers and ship operators.
Multimodal transportation
Our Logistics Department provides a wide range of services such as road haulage, port operations, storage, customs representation and formalities, supply chain analysis.
